Know when to stop. If you earn $1000, put half in the bank.
That way you won’t lose everything if you decide to gamble more.
If you bring a car, it will be easier to navigate to cheaper restaurants.

Home prices are continuing to decline in California for 2010. I want to sell my home, but I need to wait. How long? Hopefully not too long. Unaffected areas are Beverly Hills and Los Feliz. So the rich keep getting richer, and the poor keep getting poorer… Life is soooooo unfair!
